Este o rețetă de maioneză vegană fără zahăr, fără ulei și bineînțeles fără ou, altfel spus, o rețetă de maioneză sănătoasă, gustoasă și mai mult de atât, chiar nutritivă. </p>

<p>Pentru că este o versiune sănătoasă a maionezei clasice cu ou și foarte mult ulei. Această maioneză vegană se poate folosi în orice preparat la fel ca și maioneză clasică cu ou și ulei vegetal, însă mai mult, o puteți folosi și ca sos în salate sau în burger vegetal, dar și ca pastă de uns pe pâine.
