<p>Trebuie să mărturisesc că deși încerc să evit zahărul și dulciurile, ador gustul dulce. Așa că, m-am hotărât să fac:</p>
<h2><strong>Reteta de granola de casă</strong></h2>
<p>Altfel spus <em>musli de casă</em>, pe care îl poate prepara oricine.</p>
<blockquote><p>Rețeta de <strong>granola cu cacao și nuci</strong> pe care vreau să o împărtășesc cu voi <strong><span style="color: #000000;">nu conține zahăr</span></strong>, se prepară rapid și se poate modifica pentru a fi pe gustul fiecăruia.</p></blockquote>
<p>De exemplu, eu am pus migdale și arahide sărate pentru un pic de aromă, însă le puteți înlocui cu nucă, caju sau alte semințe și nuci care vă plac mai mult.</p>
<p>Pe scurt, puteți jongla cu ingredientele pe care le puneți în granola, după bunul plac.</p>
<p>Ideea este că o să vă îndrăgostiți de această rețetă delicioasă.</p>
<p>Asta este cert!</p>
<h2>3 Motive să încercați rețeta de granola de casa!</h2>

<h4><strong>1. Reteta de granola de casa este ieftină</strong></h4>
<p>Comparativ cu ce puteți cumpăra din magazinele de profil, sau cele bio, Acolo găsiți 500 gr grame de granola care costă mai bine de 30 RON.</p>
<p>Ei bine, costul total al rețetei de granola de față este de 7,50 RON și veți obține 440 de grame de bunătate de granola de casă.</p>
<h4><strong>2. Nu conține zahăr</strong></h4>
<p>Așadar, rețeta este potrivită pentru cei ce țin regimuri de slăbit sau vor să reducă zahărul din alimentație.</p>
<p>În loc de zahăr eu am folosit doar câteva picături de stevia lichidă, un îndulcitor natural obținut din planta de ștevie.</p>
<h4>Valoare calorica pentru întreaga cantitate: 397 calorii</h4>

<h4><strong>3. Este delicioasă!</strong></h4>
<p>Al treilea argument și motiv pentru care vă recomand din suflet rețeta aceasta de granola de casă este pentru simplul motiv că <strong>este absolut DELICIOASĂ</strong>!</p>
<p>Da!</p>
<p>Este un musli de casă excelent pentru micul dejun și nu numai, fără zahăr adăugat, care se prepară în 20 de minute maxim.</p>

Granola este gata când începe să miroasă extrem de bine în toată bucătăria. Oricum, la cât este de bună, nu va rezista foarte mult, nu vă faceți griji! Se servește cu lapte sau iaurt la micul dejun ori ca gustare în timpul zilei; pentru mai mult gust puteți felia o banană și va fi un musli demențial de bun!
