<p>Dacă vreți să încercați niște clătite de post din năut extrem de bune, atunci musai să faceți rețeta de mai jos, care este de fapt una foarte simplă. Necesită două ingrediente, iar clătitele sunt gata în doar câteva minute. Vorbim despre falatite, clătite cu gust de falafel, sau falafelo-clătite, o invenție îndrăzneață și foarte delicioasă de la Pronat.</p>

<p>Falatitele se fac foarte simplu, amestecând <a aria-label="mixul de falatite (opens in a new tab)" href="https://scufita-rosie.ro/falatite/7327-falatite-mix-bio-din-faina-de-naut-cu-condimente-pentru-clatite-250g-6426309008457" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="rank-math-link"><strong>mixul de falatite</strong></a> cu apă. Ce este foarte important la această rețetă simplisimă este timpul de așteptare pentru ca făina din năut să se hidrateze, iar compoziția de clătite să se lege natural. Vorbim totuși de clătite de post și fără gluten, care se comportă diferit față de <a href="https://www.bucatarianoastra.ro/clatite-reteta-clasica/" target="_blank" aria-label="clătitele clasice (opens in a new tab)" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="rank-math-link"><strong>clătitele clasice</strong></a> din făină de grâu cu ou.</p>

<p>Trebuie să vă spunem că sunt geniale! Sunt niște clătite sărate cu gust pronunțat de falafel, iar dacă vă place falafelul la fel de mult ca nouă, atunci sigur o să vă placă și falatitele, aceste clătite de post care sunt foarte ușor de făcut. Le puteți umple cu ce doriți, de la cremă de brânză cu somon, tofu, ciuperci, avocado, salată etc, sunt absolut geniale!</p>



<p>Acum că v-am făcut poftă, să trecem la făcut falatite.</p>
