<p>Una dintre mâncărurile pe care le facem frecvent în ultima vreme este acest chilli con carne de post, care are ciuperci shiitake în loc de carnea propriu-zisă. În mod tradițional, acest fel de mâncare se numește <em>chilli con hongos</em>, adică chilli cu ciuperci. Chiar dacă este o rețetă fără carne, vă asigurăm că este absolut delicioasă, foarte versatilă și sățioasă, ideală pentru cei care postesc sau sunt vegani.</p>

Pentru extra gust, se poate pune o linguriță se smântână sau un pic de brânză cheddar răzuită pe deasupra, însă dacă țineți post puteți opta pentru o smântână vegetală (noi o folosim și o recomandăm pe cea de la Rawckers) și/sau brânzeturi vegetale. Pe lângă rețeta asta, le folosim și la <a href="https://www.bucatarianoastra.ro/cum-se-face-sushi-reteta-originala/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">sushi</a>, sarmale, sau la orice <a href="https://www.bucatarianoastra.ro/mancare-chinezeasca-de-legume-cu-sos/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">mâncare chinezeazcă</a> în loc de carne. Sunt foarte hrănitoare, au un gust deosebit de intens, sunt foarte sănătoase și înlocuiesc foarte bine carnea.</span></div></div>

<p>Noi am mâncat prima dată <strong>cartofi prajiti cu sos de branza</strong> la un restaurant mexican, aici in Cluj (Pokka Bistro). Și ne-am indragostit de ei! În meniul lor se numeau <strong>cartofi Tex-Mex</strong>. Adica o adaptare a cartofilor mexicani la bucataria americana.</p>



<p>Am mai incercat si Yummy Fries de la Baco Bell, care se apropie de acestia dar sunt mai incarcati si nu chiar pe gustul nostru. Asa ca ne-am gandit sa ne facem si noi acasa acesti cartofi mexicani cu <a aria-label="sos de branza (opens in a new tab)" href="https://l.profitshare.ro/l/8428313" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="rank-math-link">sos de branza</a>. Sunt dementiali de buni, usor de facut si tot la fel de usor de mancat.</p>



<p>Iar daca nu stiti care sunt cartofii ideali pentru prajit, noi credem ca am gasit <a aria-label="cei mai buni cartofi pentru prajit (opens in a new tab)" href="https://www.calitativ.ro/cei-mai-buni-cartofi-pentru-prajit/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="rank-math-link">cei mai buni cartofi pentru prajit</a>, sunt cartofii de la Solfarm, pe care ii gasim cel mai adesea in magazinele Auchan.</p>

<p>Daca va place mancarea putin picanta, si veti respecta reteta noastra intru totul, noi zicem ca o sa va placa mult. Aveti nevoie de ingrediente putine, la fel de putina rabdare si pofta mare.
