<p>Săptămâna trecută am primit o pungă de hribi de la o mătușă dragă, culeși de unchiul din pădure, așa că am zis că e musai să facem un pate de hribi, cu textura unui pate de porc sau de pui, însă 100% sănătos, de post și absolut delicios. Rețeta asta de pate de hribi este invenția noastră gustoasă pe care am vrut neapărat să o împărtășim cu voi ca să vă bucurați și voi de ea.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">De ce pate de hribi?</h2>

<p>Hribii sunt printre cele mai aromate și gustoase ciuperci de pădure. În plus, ele au o cantitate considerabilă de proteină și anume 25g per 100g, cu doar 5g mai puțin decât carnea de curcan și cu 1 g mai MULT decât carnea de pui, vită și somon. Ați auzit bine, iar proteina din ciupercile de pădure este intermediară între cea animală și vegetală.</p>

<p>Ciupercile de pădure și <a href="https://www.auchan.ro/store/Ciuperci-hribi-bio-Ecofruct%2C-350-g/p/434466" target="_blank" aria-label="hribii  (opens in a new tab)" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="rank-math-link">hribii </a>în special au și foarte multe vitamine și minerale, printre care merită să menționăm Vitamina D, fier, cupru, antioxidanți (lupaglin) și au proprietăți anti-cancerigene. Practic rețeta de pate de hribi aici de față nu este doar o rețetă de post, este o rețetă vindecătoare.</p>

<p>Nu în ultimul rând, pateul de hribi este mult mai ușor și rapid de făcut decât un pate de porc sau de pui și este un aperitiv cu care veți impresiona.</p>
