<p>Suntem în plin post al Paștelui, așa că ne-am gândit să gătim ceva de post. O rețetă lejeră și gustoasă în același timp: <strong>supă cremă de praz cu legume</strong>. Pe scurt, o supă plină de bunătăți și vitamine. Dacă nu țineți post dar vreți să dați jos 1-2 kg supa cremă de praz cu legume este rețeta ideală pentru slăbit.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Da, aceasta este o supă dietetică de post</h2>

<p>În urma unui calcul rapid, o porție de supă de praz vitaminoasă, are un pic peste 100 de calorii. Mai exact, întreaga cantitate din rețetă are 487 calorii, dar vorbim despre 3-4 porții de supă. Alături de o felie de pâine proteică și câteva semințe de in, (pentru uleiurile sănătoase și conținutul de fibre), o porție de supă cremă de praz are <strong>doar 150 de calorii</strong>.</p>

<p>Dar haideți să vedem care este valoarea nutritivă a supei creme de praz cu legume. Și mai ales, de ce ar trebui să o încercați chiar și voi!</p>

<p>Ingredientul principal din rețeta noastră de supă de post, prazul este foarte similar cu ceapa și usturoiul în ceea ce privește acțiunea sa antibacteriană și antibiotică.</p>



<p><strong><a href="http://www.dozadebine.ro/leacuri-din-gradina-prazul/" target="_blank" aria-label="Prazul  (opens in a new tab)" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="rank-math-link">Prazul </a>este o sursă excelentă de Vitamina K și magneziu.</strong></p>



<p>În plus, este un binecunoscut aliat al inimii, dar și protector al sistemului circulator, un motiv în plus să începeți să gătiți cu el.</p>

<p><strong>1. Pătrunjelul</strong>, spre exemplu, este o sursă importantă de Vitamina K , pe când cartoful are un conținut mai mare de potasiu decât banana.</p>



<p><strong>2. Ceapa și usturoiul</strong> au proprietăți antiseptice și antibiotice, iar cel din urmă este și o sursă excelentă de tiamină, seleniu si calciu.</p>



<p><strong>3. Gulia</strong> este încărcată cu Vitamina C, potasiu, cupru și magneziu, iar morcovul este unul dintre cele mai bogate legume în Vitamina A și acid folic.</p>



<p><strong>4. Uleiul de măsline presat la rece</strong> și <strong>semințele de in</strong> reprezintă o sursă de grăsimi sănătoase. Grăsimile din uleiul de măsline sunt&nbsp;necesare sănătății aparatului endocrin, dar și a funcționării optime a sistemului nervos.</p>



<p>Pe scurt, supa de praz cu legume este un pachet complet de vitamine și minerale.</p>
