<p>Poate ați mai auzit de ciabatta, altfel spus <strong>pâine fără frământare.</strong></p>

<p>Bună, gospodinelor! Am ajuns la această <strong>rețetă de paine de casă</strong> pufoasă după mai multe încercări și tentative mai mult sau mai puțin reușite de a face pâine acasă.</p>
<p>Înainte să începem, trebuie să vă spun că pâinea iese absolut demențială: pufoasă, aromată, sățioasă!</p>
<p>Asta, dacă urmați pașii simpli ai rețetei noastre de pâine.</p>
<h3>Cum se face painea de casă?</h3>
<p>În primul rând, cu multă dragoste.</p>
<p>Cu mici modificări și ajustări la rețeta originală, cred ca am ajuns la rețeta perfectă de pâine de casă. Cu această rețetă de pâine de casă am ajuns să-l dau gata pe prietenul meu, care s-a îndrăgostit de pâinea mea.</p>
<p>Apoi se mai face cu multă răbdare (chiar dacă nu apare în rețetă).</p>
<p>Mai ales dacă vreți să vă iasă o pâine de casă pufoasă și bine crescută, așa cum ne place tuturor.</p>
<p>Nu în ultimul rând, o pâine de casă gustoasă și sănătoasă se face cu cele mai bune ingrediente. Da! Ingredientele contează, de la făină, până la sare.</p>
<h3>Ingredientele pentru o pâine reușită</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Făina pentru pâine de casă</strong> &#8211; numărul făinii reprezintă cantitatea de gluten; este indicat să folosiți o făină cu cât mai mult gluten, deci cu un număr mai mare</li>
<li><strong>Drojdia</strong> &#8211; nu folosiți drojdie instant sau la plic, nu vă garantez că veți coace o pâine bună; eu folosesc drojdia proaspătă Secretul Bunicii întotdeauna</li>
<li><strong>Zahărul</strong> &#8211; eu am folosit zahăr brun; este mai sănătos</li>
<li><strong>Uleiul</strong> &#8211; cel presat la rece  este mult mai sănătos</li>
<li><strong>Sarea</strong> &#8211; vă recomand sarea de mare fără iod și antiaglomerant</li>
</ul>
<p>Deci, fetelor, dacă vreți să îi impresionați pe cei iubiți, încercați această <strong>rețetă de pâine de casă</strong>. Și așa vă puteți consolida poziția cucerită în inimile lor.</p>
