<p>Având în vedere că suntem în plin post al Crăciunului, ne-am gândit să împărtășim cu voi o rețetă de post absolut delicioasă, pe care de curând am perfectat-o. Este vorba despre cartofi la cuptor de post, o variantă vegană a celebrei rețete cartofi dauphinoise, sau <a aria-label="cartofi gratinați la cuptor (opens in a new tab)" href="/cartofi-gratinati-la-cuptor-reteta-simpla/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="rank-math-link">cartofi gratinați la cuptor</a>. </p>

<p>Noi am făcut și rețeta clasică de cartofi gratinați, pe care o găsiți <a aria-label="aici (opens in a new tab)" rel="noreferrer noopener" href="/cartofi-gratinati-la-cuptor-reteta-simpla/" target="_blank" class="rank-math-link">aici</a>, însă am zis să facem și varianta ei de post, o rețetă vegană delicioasă. Așa că rețetele de post pe care le găsiți aici sunt testate și verificate, iar noi le publicăm doar pe cele care sunt cu adevărat foarte gustoase.</p>

<p>Cartoful este un aliment consistent, ușor de digerat și pe placul tuturor. Iar nouă ne place foarte mult. În ultima vreme nu am mai mâncat produse lactate, așa că am vrut să facem cartofi gratinați de post. După ce am făcut mai multe variante ale rețetei vegane de cartofi la cuptor, noi zicem că am ajuns la varianta ideală. Așa că am a fost musai să v-o zicem și vouă.</p>

<li>Este important ca laptele de cocos să fie cel din conservă, cu grăsime mai multă, nu cel de 1 l la cutie de carton. Alegeți un lapte care să conțină doar cocos și apă dacă se poate, foarte multe conțin și alte ingrediente care nu sunt sănătoase.</li>
<li>Laptele de caju se face foarte ușor în casă, doar blendați foarte bine 100 g de caju cu 1200 ml de apă, un strop de sare de mare și o lingură de miere. Acest lapte nu necesită stercurare spre deosebire de cel de migdale sau ovăz, etc. Înmuiați <a href="https://driedfruits.ro/Caju-crud-1-kg?search=caju" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-schema-attribute="">nucile de caju</a> în apă fierbinte pentru cel puțin două ore înainte să faceți laptele, însă le puteți lăsa și peste noapte fără probleme.</li>

<p>Musai să încercați rețeta aceasta de cartofi gratinați de post, pentru că este extraordinară. Laptele gras de cocos aduce acea dulceață de care au nevoie cartofii și înlocuiește cu succes grăsimea din laptele de vacă și cașcaval, iar gustul este demențial. </p>

Astăzi vă poftim la o rețetă simplă dar absolut delicioasă de <strong>cartofi gratinați la cuptor</strong> <strong>cu 5 tipuri de brânză</strong>. Cum ar spune italianul cartofi cinque formaggi. Rețeta de cartofi gratinați este însă, una original franțuzească, așa că este mai bine să le spunem pe nume: Cartofi Dauphinoise.</p>

<p>Noi le spunem cartofi gratinați la cuptor cu brânză și smântână, o rețetă simplă și la îndemână pentru toată lumea. Parole! Mai ales atunci când aveți mai multe resturi de brânzeturi în frigider și niște cartofi pe undeva prin cămară.</p>

<p>În primul rând pentru că, spre deosebire de alte rețete, rețeta noastră de cartofi la cuptor nu necesită fierberea în prealabil a cartofilor, curățați sau în coajă. Lucru care știm cât necesită mai mult timp. Dar înainte de a începe prepararea, trebuie să țineți cont de următoarele sfaturi.</p>

<ul><li><em>Alegerea brânzeturilor</em></li></ul>



<p>Pentru cartofii gratinați din rețeta de mai jos, noi am folosit 5 tipuri de brânză, după cum spuneam, însă dumneavoastră puteți folosi ce brânzeturi vă plac. Și câte doriți. Care este ideea: pentru cartofii gratinați trebuie să folosiți brânzeturi grase, care se topesc ușor și dau o aromă foarte bună rețetei. Cașul de vacă, feta sau brânza telemea, n-au nicio șansă.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Ce brânzeturi recomandăm pentru cartofii gratinați?</h3>

<p><strong><a href="https://l.profitshare.ro/l/8801713" target="_blank" aria-label="Cașcaval Delaco (opens in a new tab)" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="rank-math-link">Cașcaval Delaco</a></strong>, camembert, brie, gorgonzola (pentru cei puternici), cheddar (pentru personalitate) și parmezan. Dacă vreți să-i românizați puțin pe acești cartofi, puteți folosi brânză de burduf. Noi nu am făcut niciodată cartofi gratinați cu brânză de bruduf, deci nu știm cum sunt, dar asta este o idee.</p>

<p>Ei bine, pentru ca să vă iasă rețeta noastră de cartofi gratinați la cuptor, aveți nevoie de smântână dulce neapărat. Smântâna acră, chiar dacă alegeți cu mai multă grăsime, schimbă gustul cartofilor și face ca brânzeturile să nu se lege/amestece.</p>

Nu uitați ca după fiecare rând de cartofi să presărați sare (și piper dacă vă place mai picant). Aveți însă grijă să nu puneți prea multă sare deoarece și brânzeturile au sare în ele. Cantitatea de sare trebuie adaptată după tipurile de brânzeturi pe care le folosiți. Cartofii se dau la cuptor 30 de minute la foc mic/minim, deoarece trebuie să se pătrundă bine.
