<p>Având în vedere că se apropie sărbătorile de Paște, ne-am gândit să facem un cozonac de post fără zahăr, un cozonac mai sănătos, așa pentru sufletul nostru. Și trebuie să vă spunem că ne-a ieșit un cozonac pufos și aromat, nesperat de bun. I-am promis și mamei că îl vom face de sărbători, mai ales că este o rețetă mai sănătoasă de cozonac de post 100%, fără ouă, lapte, zahăr, cu ingrediente naturale și de foarte bună calitate.</p>

<p>După părerea noastră, mâncatul de post nu ar trebui să se limiteze doar la posturile religioase de peste an, mai ales dacă dorim să avem un stil de viață mai sănătos și să ne simțim mai bine. </p>



<p>Mai mult de atât, rețeta de cozonac vegan de față este cel puțin la fel de bună ca o rețetă tradițională de cozonac cu lapte, ouă și zahăr, însă ceva mai sănătos. Apropo:</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ingredientele pentru acest cozonac de post fără zahăr</h2>

<p>După cum spuneam, cozonacul nostru pufos cu afine roșii este 100% fără zahăr, fără ouă și fără lapte de origine animală. Ingredientele pentru cozonac sunt puține și de bună calitate:</p>

<p>Vă spunem pe cuvânt că nu am mai făcut de mult o mâncare nouă care să ne placă așa de mult. Vorbim despre rețeta vegană de <strong>Parmigiana de vinete,</strong> sau altfel spus vinete gratinate la cutor cu sos de roșii și &#8220;brânzâ&#8221;. Am pus ghilimelele de rigoare, deoarece varianta noastră de vinete gratinate la cuptor este una vegană, adică o <strong><a aria-label="rețetă de post (opens in a new tab)" rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.bucatarianoastra.ro/retete-vegane/" target="_blank" class="rank-math-link">rețetă de post</a></strong>, care garantăm că o să vă placă la nebunie.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">De ce să faceți rețeta noastră vegană de vinete gratinate la cuptor?</h2>



<p>Cele mai importante motive pentru care merită să încercați rețeta vegană de vinete gratinate sunt următoarele:</p>

<ol><li>Această versiune de vinete gratinate la cuptor cu sos de roșii este mult mai sănătoasă însă cel puțin la fel de gustoasă, dacă nu mai savuroasă, fiind cu<strong> ingrediente exclusiv de origine vegetală. </strong></li><li>Rețeta vegană de vinete gratinate este ideală celor ce nu pot digera prea bine lactatele sau au <strong>intoleranță la lactoză</strong>. </li><li>Este de asemenea o <strong>rețetă fără gluten</strong> (dacă omitem pesmetul pe care nu e neapărat să-l punem deasupra), ideală celor ce suferă de boala celiacă sau au intoleranță la gluten. </li><li><strong>Nu conține ouă</strong> și absolut nimic de origine animală, este <strong>100% de post.</strong></li><li>Apoi, uleiul pe care îl folosim în aceastră rețetă de vinete gratinate nu este ales întâmplător. Noi folosim <strong><a aria-label="uleiul de cocos dezodorizat (opens in a new tab)" href="https://driedfruits.ro/index.php?route=product/product&amp;product_id=2301&amp;search=ulei+de+cocos" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="rank-math-link">uleiul de cocos dezodorizat</a></strong> (fără gust și miros de cocos) de la <strong><a aria-label="Dried Fruits (opens in a new tab)" href="https://driedfruits.ro/index.php?route=product/product&amp;product_id=2221&amp;search=ulei+de+cocos" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" class="rank-math-link">Dried Fruits</a></strong> pentru că este singurul ulei care nu este greu pentru digestie. Dacă aveți probleme cu fierea, vă recomandăm să-l folosiți în loc de uleiul de floarea soarelui sau cel de măsline.</li></ol>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ce să vă mai zicem despre rețeta vegană de vinete gratinate la cuptor?</h2>



<p>Un singur lucru: este mortal de bună. Nu o să vă dați niciodată seama că nu are brânză sau ouă în ea. Vinetele pane sunt mult mai delicioase decât cele făcute pe grătar (care se folosesc în mod tradițional în rețeta de vinete gratinate la cuptor).</p>

<p>În plus, este o mâncare foarte lejeră, chiar dacă are ulei. Uleiul de cocos se digeră mult mai ușor decât celelalte, nu veți simți senzația de greutate sau oboseală după ce veți mânca aceste vinete parmigiana după rețeta noastră.</p>



<p>Acum cât mai sunt vinete în sezon, musai să vă bucurați de ele și să încercați rețeta vegană de Parmigiana de vinete, vinete gratinate la cutor cu sos de roșii, fără lactate, fără gluten, fără ouă. Pentru asta, punem smântâna vegetală la foc mic într-o olucă. Adăugăm drojdia inactivă și amidonul și amestecăm cu un tel, până când obținem consistența unui sos. Dacă vreți să faceți și voi smântână de caju acasă, puneți 50 de g de caju crud în 400 ml de apă de seara până dimineața. <p>Astăzi ne-am gândit să împărtășim cu voi rețeta noastră de <strong>burger vegetarian:</strong> fără carne, făcut 100% din legume, boabe și semințe. Da, este vorba de un burger vegetal (culmea!) fără carne, dar cel puțin la fel de gustos ca burgerul american cu carne de vită. </p>



<p>Cu siguranță de 10 ori mai sănătos și nutritiv!</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">De ce burger vegetarian?</h2>

<p>Pentru că vrem să mâncăm mai sănătos, iar sănătos înseamnă <strong>nutritiv</strong>. Această rețetă de burger vegetarian are un raport mare de nutrienți per calorie, ideal pentru oricine dorește să mănânce mai sănătos, să slăbească sau să pur și simplu să gătească legumele într-un fel nou și delicios!</p>



<p>Adițional, am făcut două sosuri, unul de nuci și altul de tomate, pe care le puteți face și voi, pentru extra gust.</p>



<p>Rețeta noastră de burger vegetarian este încărcată cu fibre, proteine și grăsimi bune din legume, fasolea și semințele pe care le conține. Mai mult, datorită faptului că le-am copt la cuptor, în loc să-l prăjim în baie de ulei, burgerul vegetal își păstrează o mai mare parte din vitamine și minerale.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>1. Fibre</strong></h4>



<p>Fibrele sunt și foarte sănătoase pentru un tranzit bun deoarece ele susțin bacteriile bune din intestin, care reglează metabolizarea alimentelor. Vreți să fiți mai sănătoși și să vă simțiți mai bine? Mâncați fibre!</p>



<p>Totalul de carbohidrați pentru un burger: <strong>29.11 </strong>gr din care fibre: <strong>6,15 </strong>gr</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>2 Proteine vegetale</strong></h4>



<p>Pe lângă fibre, burgerul vegetal pe care l-am preparat este și plin de proteine de origine vegetală. Proteinele stau la baza țesuturilor noi, ale ajută la creșterea masei musculare și, într-un regim adecvat în care carbohidrații sunt reduși, contribuie și la scăderea în greutate.</p>



<p>Totalul de proteine pentru un burger: <strong>9,15 </strong>gr</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>3. Grăsimi nesaturate</strong></h4>



<p>Să nu uităm de grăsimile nesaturate! Chiar dacă sunt adesea evitate de personale care vor să slăbească sau care au anumite probleme de sănătate, grăsimile sunt necesare organismului. Cele nesaturate în principal, sau grăsimile bune.</p>



<p>Ele reglează funcțiile hormonale din corp, dar și sănătatea creierului și a inimii. Vorbim despre acizii grași Omega 3, care se găsesc în peștele gras dar și în semințele de in pe care le-am inclus în rețeta noastră de burger fără carne.</p>



<p>Totalul de grăsimi pentru un burger: <strong>1,33</strong> g</p>

<p>Poate o să vă mire, dar un singur burger din rețetă are 98,1 de calorii, deci mai puțin de 100! Așa că, rețeta noastră de burger vegetarian este ideală pentru o dietă de slăbit, doamnelor! Dar mai ales, este și foarte sățioasă și putem spune că înlocuiește cu brio un burger din carne.</p>

Făina de in obținută o punem într-un bol mic și o amestecăm cu 3 lingurițe de apă. O lăsăm așa 5 minute, timp în care ea se va transforma într-o pastă. Burgerii se bagă la cuptor 30 de minute la foc mediu, pentru a ajuta apa din ei să se evapore. După cele 30 de minute, dăm focul la maxim pentru încă 10-20 minute, pentru ca burgerii vegetali să se rumenească frumos.
